Returns & Refunds
– Personalised items are non- refundable (unless received faulty or damaged – see below). Please check spellings before completing your order.
– If you receive an item/s in a damaged or faulty condition, it needs to be reported within 28 days of order being placed. I will require photographic evidence and I will be more than happy to replace or refund.
– If you change your mind after item has been dispatched or received I will require item to be returned and you will be refunded in full on return of goods (returning postage fees will be the customer’s responsibility). As above, this would need to be reported within 28 days of order being placed.
– If you have not received your order within estimated shipping times (these may increase at busy times of the year such as Valentine’s, Christmas & Bank Holidays) please contact me to resolve via email email@example.com
